March 15 @ 9:30 am - 3:00 pm

$80

Do you find yourself depleted from living out your passion? Have you noticed physical, mental or emotional changes in yourself through excessively stressful times? Whether you are a farmer, a homesteader or a person who works hard – this course is for you. The ideas covered in this class will give you insight on how to nourish yourself more holistically throughout the year. Community connection, boundaries and specific herbal recipes to support you are just a few of the simple ideas to integrate into your work-life balance. At the end of this class you will have a better understanding of what burnout may feel like & have tangible ideas on how to create a more regenerative and sustainable lifestyle for YOU.

All are welcome – WEI classes are open to everyone.

Instructor Bio: Jaime DeSmit is a committed student & teacher of herbalism. She began to look towards plants as medicine through organic farming and whole-food eating. Her true passion is re-integrating with nature and sharing that with others.
