The North Branch Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors have made the decision to cancel the Annual Fall Harvest Festival and coinciding activities.
We are disappointed that we are unable to hold this event in our community and that, at this time, we cannot move forward with “business as usual”. Our top priority is health and safety for our community and for our loved ones. We believe this to be the right decision based on the information we have presently.
The decision was not made lightly. Our team met several times to explore all options and still operate within the guidelines by the CDC, World Health Organization and the Minnesota Public Health Department. We understand the past few months have had a financial impact on many businesses and individuals in the North Branch area. Being an employer, employee or entrepreneur is not easy during this global pandemic.
While we are unable to provide this event, we are dedicated to putting our community first and supporting and promoting the North Branch Area’s business, economic and cultural environment.
We encourage you also to find ways to support each other and our community whenever possible by buying local, and extending compassion and kindness to all.
The Chamber is brainstorming and considering many options to help support our members and grow business online experiences along with other initiatives and opportunities until the virus threat has lessened. Updates will be provided on our Facebook page and on our website at www.northbranchamber.com
