Introducing New Intern/Doctor at Perreault Chiropractic & Acupuncture!

Mason is in her last trimester of chiropractic school at Northwestern Health
Sciences University and will be graduating in December! She is currently
interning with Dr. Julie and will start seeing patients in January! She completed
her undergraduate studies at the University of Saskatchewan with a degree in
Kinesiology.

Mason loves working with people of all ages and has attended numerous
seminars in rehab principles such as McKenzie, SFMA, DNS, and is a certified
personal trainer. She’s also gone to countless MPI adjusting seminars including
full spine, extremities and pediatric and pregnancy.

In her spare time Mason loves hanging out with friends, golfing, snowboarding,
reading, and hanging out with her golden retriever puppy, Butter, and her fiancé,
Ryan.

She is so excited to be learning from Dr. Julie and can’t wait to start working at
Perreault chiropractic to help everyone get out of pain and back to doing the things they love!

Folks this election is not about me - it is about YOU - we the people of North Branch.
Are you aware we lost Sunrise Milling to Wyoming? Why?  Because the new owner could not work with the City.  The current  mayor sits on the Economic Development Authority and did nothing to cut the red tape and work with a business in our empty Industrial Park - one that generates tax dollars which lessens the burden on the residents.  Inexcusable.  We need a change!
I have a vision for our City, involving all of you business people, residents,  educational and religious communities.  Your voice matters!

My name is Jeff Goulet and my background at Polaris Industries will assist me in guiding principles as well as my faith and family.  I am running for City Council because I feel we need a bigger vision and execution at the city level.  With many experiences on boards and coaching/volunteering activities it is time for me to give back to our community.

Massage is more than just a luxury, it has a range of physical and
mental health benefits, transforming it into an essential part of our self-
care routines. Massage therapists help reduce muscle tension by
manipulating the muscle tissue to help relax the area. There are many
ways a therapist can achieve this goal. While they are working the
different areas of the body, circulation is improved and your lymph
system is stimulated.

Most people aren’t aware they have a lymph system or aren’t sure
what it does. Your lymphatic system is part of your immune system.
Lymphatic vessels, tissues, organs, and glands/nodes work together to
drain a watery fluid called lymph from throughout the body to fight
against infections. This is why a lot of breast cancer survivors who have
had lymph nodes removed getting swelling down their arms and into
their hands as the lymph is not flowing as well nor does it have the
nodes to filter the lymph fluid. Lymphatic massage helps to get the
lymph flowing and helps to divert it to other lymph nodes.

While the therapist relaxes the muscles, you may notice an increase
joint mobility and flexibility. When your muscles get tight and tension
increases, your joints don’t have the flexibility to move as they are
supposed to this can lead to pain.

Massage can also reduce stress hormones. And who doesn’t want to be
less stressed? It lowers your heart rate and releases endorphins. When
endorphins are released, stress related hormones are decreased
therefore the feeling of stress is relieved. Thus promoting relaxation. In
addition to reducing stress hormones, massage also helps reduce

anxiety and depression in a similar fashion. So not only is massage good
for your muscles, it’s also good for your mental health.
